We come in, research, price, provide all supplies (tables, display cases, etc), set up, advertise, host the sale and provide you with a check after the sale. There are never any out of pocket expenses to our clients – we are paid from the proceeds of the sale. We work on commission only and there are never any set up fees. After the sale we offer multiple ways to liquidate any left over items. We can also leave any leftover items at the property for our clients. We always leave the property broom clean – floors swept and vacuumed. Services provided are tailored to each Estates needs.
